Goody Bag Ideas and Suggestions

It's a musical party, how about a musical gift bag? Kazoo's, whistles, inflatable guitars, and musical stickers make a great musical gift bag.  We even have cool Mike Risko Music School magnets if you'd like to include them with your fun treats.

If you have a theme for your party, like High School Musical, try some High School Musical themed gifts. You could get stickers, coloring books, cd's and keychains.

Some other ideas for goody bags are:
Artist Goody Bag: Small box of crayons, a small pad, a mini paint set and a coloring book.

Play Dough Goody Bags: One small container of playdough and a cool playdough accessory to go with it. You can buy larger quantities of playdough at places like Target and Walmart.

Beach Goody Bags: Bubbles, Sand Toys and a pair of sunglasses are fun and inexpensive.

Other Ideas:
Small books and puzzles make great party treats. You could buy a book for each child and wrap it in gift wrap. No need for a bag!

Did you know you can order personalized M&M's? Although they are a little pricey, they are very cute and you can order them in a variety of colors. You could even get some personalized M&M's and mix them up with regular M&M's to save some money.

For older kids, a great idea is a to give a simple picture frame from an art supply store, a small non-toxic glue stick and some fun things to decorate the picture frame with like cool gems, pom poms, foam cut outs and anything you else can think of.

If you are throwing a rock star party, give out some guitar accessories like pics and strings and a cool rock star themed cd or picture.

Helpful Hints and Suggestions About Goody Bags
Don't give candy: There are so many kids with allergies these days, skip the candy. If you do give a treat, make sure it is age appropriate, has no nuts and that it isn't too small.

Make sure you have something to give to each child. Kids have grown to expect goody bags these days...but don't break the bank putting together your goody bag, a little something goes a long way!

Give your gift bags as the kids are leaving so they do not open them at the party.

Bring a CD with you of your favorite songs and we can play it for your party guests.
